regulations to implement provisions of the Chemical
Weapons Convention in Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations,
Chapter I, Part 103.
U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade
Controls (DDTC), Consolidated International Traffic
in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are found in Title 22, Code
of Federal Regulations, Chapter I, Parts 120 through
130. Part 121 includes revisions pertaining to Chemical
Weapons Convention scheduled chemicals.
These parts of Title 22, Chapter I, which include
Parts 103 and 120 through 130,
are updated every April on the Government Printing Office (GPO)
Web site with any changes that have been made over the
