This slide should reflect the information provided in your data declaration and should point out any changes or amendments identified since submission of the declaration. For a UDOC inspection, the slide should include the exact number of PSF plants producing above 30 MT, approximate number of UDOC plants, and a general overview of UDOC chemicals and their aggregate range of production. General product names and/or types should suffice if not considered confidential by the site.
